This fly rod is a delicate 6’8” two-piece with two matching tips for #3 line based on the classic F.E. Thomas Fairy taper. This is a wonderful small stream dry fly rod with sufficient power to handle sizeable trout (or a good bluegill). Bill has built more than 350 bamboo rods as a pastime over the past 25 years. He has donated more than 100 of these rods to Trout Unlimited and for education and conservation fundraising.
